| What are the details of the prices? |
| The price of .uk domains includes
two years fees, email forwarding and up to five email addresses.
Additional email addresses can be arranged for £5 each. We do
not attach banners or any other form of advertising to your
emails and boast no hidden costs. The other domains include
fees for the amount of years you have chosen and paid for, otherwise
the same as above. |

| One and two letter names are not
allowed e.g. YY.co.uk and the only characters (barring letters
and numbers) that can be used in Domain Names are hyphens e.g.
widget-splodge.co.uk. |

rules? |
| A domain can have a maximum of
67 characters including the extensions (.com, .net, .org). A
domain name can contain numbers (0-9), letters (a-z) or dashes
(-). A domain can not start or end with a dash (-). A domain
cannot have characters such as (! @#$%&? ~: _). |

domains. |
| These domains require the provision
of a company name and registration number for them to be successfully
registered. The domain should be exactly the same as the company
name however it is registered at Companies House. If this is
not given and complied with and the domain is processed, the
purchaser will be liable for an admin charge of £6.00. The domain
may seem to have processed but it will not be properly registered
and will still be available to others wanting to purchase it.

guarantee that a domain will be accepted, as it may have been
registered earlier and been in a queue with the domain supplier.
If your domain has been registered, you will receive a full

| What is the expiry date? |
| domains are only registered for
a certain period of time. After this time they will be available
for anyone to purchase again. To avoid this and to keep your
domain, you must remember to renew it before the expiry date.
You will be sent a reminder 30 days before the expiry date. |

Reg UK? |
| To transfer a domain from Reg UK,
please send an email to
from the registered email address
and head it 'Transfer Request To Reg UK'.
Reg UK do not charge to move/transfer a domain to another ISP
or to us from another ISP. To transfer a domain to us from another

forwarded directly, and instantaneously, to you at johnsmith341

Express? Part One. |
1. Open Outlook Express on your
desktop.
2. From the options at the top, select "TOOLS"
3. From the drop down menu select "ACCOUNTS"
4. Click on the tab marked "MAIL"
5. Highlight your existing Account
6. From the options on the right, click on "PROPERTIES"
7. Click on the tab marked "SERVERS" and note all the information
contained
8. Click "CANCEL"
9. This should take you back to Step 4
10. From the options on the right, select "ADD"
11. From the new drop menu select "MAIL"
12. Follow the instructions given by the Internet Connection
Wizard that will now have appeared on your screen
13. On the second screen (Internet Email Address) type in what
you would like your email address to be e.g if you have just
purchased the Domain Name "smith.com" you might want your Email
address to be john@smith.com or johnny@smith.com. |

Server Names) ensure that for the first option (My incoming
mail server is a) you type POP3 (server). 15. For the second
option (Incoming mail POP3 server) type the details noted in
point 7. 16. For the third option (Outgoing mail SMTP server)
type the details noted in point 7. 17. On the fourth screen
(Internet Mail Logon) follow the instructions 18. On the fifth
screen click "FINISH" 19. This will take you back to your list
of Internet Accounts 20. Highlight the account that you have
just set up and select "PROPERTIES" 21. Click on the tab marked
"GENERAL" 22. Amend the details in "Mail Account" to your name.
